*This program offers you a rebate on the sale your home, or on the buying of a home, or both.
*You will receive a rebate in the amount of up to 5% of the commission owed on the transaction side, for a maximum rebate of $1,000. If you are participating as a Buyer, then your rebate may be subject to certain limitations on interested party contributions as determined by your lender.
*A rebate disclosure form, provided to you by your CBMAG agent, must be signed prior to your transaction being written and must be presented to your lender for inclusion on the Closing Disclosure.
*Pursuant to federal regulations, this rebate will be considered a closing credit if you are participating as the Buyer in the transaction. If you are participating as the Seller in the transaction, the rebate will be delivered to you within 72 hours after CBMAG Realtors® received the funds from closing.
*This rebate may not be used in connection with any other rebate program, an employee relocation package, or a third-party referral company.
*This rebate is good only for areas in which CBMAG Realtors® transact business.
